Dinner and a Show
A tribute to the legendary women of rock! This is a dinner show. Includes food and soft drinks. All ages.
MENU:
Starter: Tomato bruschetta. Fresh tomatoes and seasonings blended and served with crisp bruschetta bread.
Salad: Hand cut greens and fresh garden vegetables tossed with the chef’s dressing
Choice of 3 entrees:
- Baked Salmon topped with lemon slices, capers and the chef’s lemon, garlic, butter sauce.
2. Chicken Roulade: Chicken breast Stuffed with spinach, cheese and the chef’s blend of herbs and seasonings, covered with a white wine cream sauce
3. Roasted Sirloin: Medallions of sirloin drizzled with the chef’s Bordelaise sauce.
Each meal includes: Roasted Garlic mashed potatoes and Seasoned vegetable medley
Dessert: Brownie Delight: Fresh baked brownie, topped with chocolate mousse, chocolate sauce and shaved white chocolate.

Hosted by Eclipse Dining. Without sight, your other senses will be heightened, allowing you to appreciate the flavors, aromas, textures and sounds of your meal in a new way.

Well we cant exactly tell you, that would ruin the surprise.
It will start with a delicious appetizer, then salad, then a choice of beef, fish, or chicken. There will be a potato and vegetable side. Then a dessert.
